That includes A Baker’s Field Guide to Chocolate Chip Cookies author Dede Wilson, whose neat Half and Half Chocolate Chip Cookies are highlighted in the p. 169 “Cookie Artist” sidebar of The Great American Chocolate Chip Cookie Book.
